Una nueva aventura de Yusuf Islam

Yusuf Islam, ex Cat Stevens, el ya mítico cantante británico de los 70s ha entrado nuevamente -¡¡después de 28 años!!- a los charts más importantes en el mundo, con varias canciones maravillosas de su nuevo CD "An Other Cup". En el Perú, podemos escuchar su "Heaven/Where True Love Goes" en TeleStereo. Muchas de sus canciones son una suerte de breve y complementaria autobiografia, en especial cuando estuvo a punto de morir ahogado en las playas de California y le pidió a Dios, en ese momento, que lo salvara y que trabajaría para Él, llegando de pronto una ola que lo empujó tan firme como suavemente que ni siquiera tuvo que nadar para acercarse a la orilla ("And if a storm should come and if you face a wave,that may be the chance for you to be saved"). Yusuf Islam sigue siendo alguien motivador para mi. Aquí va el video y la letra:
